I decided to retrain so that I could help rescue other people, just as I was rescued. The work is incredibly rewarding. It makes me happy to make your life happy again.
It is possible to go on to be more fulfilled and happier than you might believe possible. I will support you with empathy and give you tools and ways to rebuild yourself, stronger and better than before. Our sessions are safe and secure. Coaching provides an active sounding board. You will be heard and validated and together we will shift your focus - and your life.

As someone who is not drawn to the idea of counselling, I am very grateful to have been prompted to attend a session with Janie.
Her warm and conversational manner engenders a discussion where you’ll open up about - and thereby go some way to addressing - a range of baggage, but all in a natural, unforced setting. I was particularly impressed that this informal, yet productive environment was able to happen via Zoom, as the screen didn’t appear to be a barrier in the least.
I would recommend some time spent talking with her to anyone, either struggling under a known burden or suffering from the nagging feeling of having stashed away thoughts and feelings for too long. She has a natural ability to know how to cue you to open up, or when to give the space necessary for you to unpick things yourself: a rare gift, I feel.
